It is said that in order to make a woman turned on, men should show their dominance, independence, protection, and leadership. But with regards to dating older women, you should be mature enough to match the level of maturity these women such that it would not reflect to them that you are not good enough because you are too young. People mature in time so it is safe to say that when we grow older, we tend to think wiser. Some people with their young age, are mature on how they think and act maybe because they have experienced more in life than any other person.
In impressing a girl that is older than you, you should be humble and not arrogant on what you say and do. Most of these women are professionals so you should be careful with everything you do. Just try to stay relaxed and comfortable during the date and things will be alright. Another important thing that you should do is for you to be honest; most of these women because of their experiences in life, they are able to sense when someone is lying or not.
